Refunds & Exchanges FAQ's
Our Refunds and Exchanges FAQs outline the policies for returns, replacements, and refunds. You’ll find guidance on what qualifies for an exchange, how to report defects or damages, and how refunds are processed.
Because items are made to order, we replace products for manufacturing defects, misprints, or transit damage. Size exchanges are evaluated case-by-case if unworn and requested within 14 days of delivery.
Submit photos and your order number via our contact form (Contact Us) within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund per policy.
Typically final sale unless defective.
We cover return shipping for defects or misprints. For size/style exchanges, the buyer generally covers postage.
